Returns: I didn't receive my order, what happens next?

The 2 most common reasons on why you didn't receive your order are:

1. The package got lost in transit.

2. The given adress is invalid or incomplete.

If the package got lost in transit, then we will send a free replacement or provide you with a refund in case the adress is valid.

If the given address is invalid or incomplete, then we will charge a reshipping fee of $5.95 to ship it out again to the new address you've given to us. The item must be returned by the sender before the replacement item can be shipped out. 

Customers are solely responsible for giving us their correct addresses.

 

 Products: What fabrics are used to create your products?

T-shirts: 100% combed and ring-spun cotton

Hoodies: 80% Ring-spun cotton and 20% polyester

Sweatshirts: 50% cotton and 50% polyester

Snapbacks: 100% cotton twill

*All fabrics are PETA approved

 

Products: How should I take care of my products?

If you're are good for your apparel, it will be even better for you!

Womens tees: Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 150F), non-chlorine: bleach as needed, tumble dry: medium heat, iron: steam or high, do not dry clean.

Mens tees: Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F), do not bleach, tumble dry: low heat, Iron; steam/dry/low heat, do not dry clean. 

Hoodies:Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 105F); Bleach as needed, Tumble dry: medium, Iron/steam/dry: low heat, do not dry clean.

Sweaters:Machine wash: warm (max 40C or 150F); Non-chlorine: bleach as needed, Tumble dry: medium heat. Do not iron (on a high temperature, low/medium works best); do not dry clean.

We recommend to only hand wash our headwear with lukewarm water.
