Return/Refund Policy: 

• Merchandise must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
• Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
• Merchandise must have all tags attached.
• Any merchandise purchased at discount or on sale cannot be returned
• We do not exchange merchandise that has been wrongly ordered. 

Please send an email to customer@toughvegan.com to return your product. We will send you further details concerning the process depending on your country within 24 hours.

Exchange Policy: 

Exchanges are possible as longs as they meet the requirements stated in the Return Policy. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You must return your items within 7 days from the day you received your package. You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy: You can calculate shipping from inside your shopping cart. Just add what you want, go to your cart, and enter your country and postal code in the box for an exact figure. Apart from these, all shipping costs are non-refundable and returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.
